I'm ordering this product again. It's great quality. I add lemon juice to offset the sweetness. A little too sweet for my taste but with lemon is just perfect. I like that this product keeps me hydrated.
i have been having so much trouble with cramps, waking up in the middle of the night and the cramps being so bad i could hardly walk and had great pain. since drinking hydrate the cramps have been reduced to about 90 % less. i can go to sleep and not have fear of being woken up with a bad cramp. thank you!!!

I recently was bitten by a tick that was both viral and bacterial. After being treated with Jaffe-Mellor Technique (JMT) the toxins coming out caused me the throw up. I was told to sip on weak black tea with celtic salt in it. After slowly getting down a cup of tea I was able to go set in the living room where I throw up again. I then was able to sip on the tea slowly until the mug was empty. Then I tested my self to see if I could have Hydrate Complete. So through the rest of the day I was able to slowly sip on it and downed three packets. I had 3 a day and ate very little for a week and then tested again ( applied kinesiology) to see if I could be treated again. I could not be treated after a week so I had another appointment a week later and was treated then which was last Saturday. I do not know what I would have done without the Hydrate Complete. Another example - my son was in the south and and it was over 100 degrees and one of the guys unloading his truck looked like he was going to have a heart attack, so my son got a packet and told him to pour it into a bottle of water a chug it down. He did and in a very short time said what is in that stuff? I am going to get this and rink it every day. I have found that the strawberry lemonade test good for me but the other two do not. My wife and son test good for all three. The doctor of wholistic nutrition tested it on herself and found she only test good for the strawberry lemonade as well. Thank You for this product. My 13 yr old daughter was complaining of a headache. I had just gotten these electrolytes. I grabbed a packet and put in a Quart of water handed it to her and said drink this. Later she said that worked great! Also I had a cold and my mouth was so dry and plain water would not do anything. I diluted 1 packet in 1/2 gallon of water it worked well to keep my mouth moist and I could drink lots of water and actually feel like it was absorbed into my system. Only drawbacks......it is a bit too sweet for my liking. even when diluted. And the sweetener has an artificial taste to it. If not for that I would give it 5 stars.
I have other "hydrate" products I have tried and they don't taste so good. This tastes good and has better ingredients.

Love this stuff. I have my whole family on this now. One of my son's missed his dose (he works outside) and by the end of the day he didn't feel so good. The best product for hydration. This has also cured my dry mouth. I use one packet after my long walks and it is so refreshing and energizing. My favorite is the Strawberry/Lemonade. A bit expensive but well worth the money.
It is good. Flavor not as robust as the Blue Ice and Green Apple.
I love all the great ingredients! This definitely blows away all the others as far as containing the most "good stuff". However, it is WAY too sweet. Please add SALT. I love the taste of LMNT, so I mix 1/2 Hydrate + 1/2 LMNT to my water every day. Otherwise, it tastes like sugary candy. It just needs less sweetner and more SALT.
Taste is awesome. I split it up in two to make a weaker version and drink several glasses a day.
This made my husband feel sick to his stomach so he won't use it. Think it's just to sweet tasting as well. Very disappointed

I purchased this for my husband so I can steer him away from the soda. He likes it but can only drink half at once, he thinks it sweet. I tried both the Strawberry and the Green Apple and like them both. Next we will try the Blue Ice. Im sure it will be delightful.

I love this stuff! After starting with one bag my second order was for 3! It is so refreshing and I add a little more lemon and monkfruit. Throw in a few frozen strawberries and pineapple chunks and it hard not to throw in a little tequila! LOL! I know it will help a lot once it gets really hot and I’m outside working in my yard this summer. Great product!

Every since I can remember as a young child, I was always fainting. Being in sunshine, becoming over heated, or having my sugar levels drop too low as a Type I Insulin Diabetic would create being dehydrated. Hydrate complete does exactly what it says- I feel that my body is more hydrated, have more energy, and I feel better overall. Hydrate complete mixes well in my water and it tastes great. I will be ordering more. The one thing I wish Dr. Ardis would consider is doing a sample size of one or each flavor. I love the strawberry Lemonade but not sure if I would like the green apple or blue ice. Thank you Dr. Ardis for your hard work on this. You hit the home run on this one!

Of course I love this product and love Dr. Ardis! The only thing I don't like is the price. $55 for a month and my husband takes it too so that is $110/month :( I wish you sold it in a tub. That might take the cost down?
I was using another product but discovered that it had Stevia in it... read Dr. Artis' resource report about a Stevia study ... quit using the product. So, when "hydrate complete" came available from Nature Wins I was thrilled and immediately purchased ... will continue to use and spread the word! Thank you!

Anything Dr. Ardis brings to us is great. This Hydrate complete is amazing in taste and how I feel. I was drinking half my weight in water with Reds Sea Salt to stay hydrated until this. I drink it every day and I truly can tell the difference in how my body responds compared to just water with salt. Feels like I have more energy when I pay attention to my body after I drink this.
