Just recently heard about Dr Ardis and scrolled through information etc. wanted to try the Hydrate Complete. Mostly for our landscaper son who had been feeling the heavy toll of his work in the sun. He was complaining that it was hard to get thru the day without feeling ill. My husband and I tried and liked the product. Had 2 fellas working on our Well and one mentioned how he was struggling. I love the taste of the apple flavor. I take it after I go my red light sauna. It replenishes my minerals etc lost in sweat. I don’t have to make my own electrolyte anymore. A tad expensive so don’t know how long I can sustain it. Will see.

love this product - been trying many different kinds of hydration products and doing things with the water so it would "stick" and I finally feel like my body is getting what it needs. And when I drink a small amount at night, I don't have to get up in the middle of the night to pee. Have recommended this to many of my clients and friends and family :) would be nice if it was less sweet. So if it ever gets re-engineered , it would be great to make it more neutral! I take these daily and feel they really help leg cramps and any dizziness I have felt in the past when crouching down to deal with my dog's leash attaching to his collar. Love the green apple taste too.
