My son ranks Hydrate at a 5. He appreciates the flavor and said he feel positive health changes. He has been using the Hydrate for just under two weeks. He works long hard hours at computer program designing. He sometimes takes two times per day. I am happy that I gifted him with it.
I have ordered Hydrate twice. I have gotten the strawberry lemonade and the blue ice. I like both flavors! As others have noted, it is on the sweet side. I often get leg cramps, but when I drink Hydrate throughout the day I do not! I mix my packet in a bottle, then add half to my insulated water bottle with ice and add some more water to dilute the sweetness. My sodium is low so I top it off with some club soda to add some fizz. I have found that it is best to refrigerate any unused portion. I am overcoming breast cancer and Hydrate helps keep my electrolytes up and leg cramps away. I highly recommend Hydrate!!
Very good product & highly recommended. I would suggest adding a little more salt. I add 1/2 teaspoon of real salt and it’s great.

Just wanted to say, these are amazing! I’ve tried other brands & quickly got bored with the flavors & didn’t like the aftertaste. I told myself I wouldn’t waste my money again on hydration packets. But I trust Dr. Ardis & believe he truly wants to bring the best products to us, so I bought the blue ice flavor to see if it’s any good. I am now on my 3rd BULK order & enjoy all 3 flavors. Like some other comments, it can be a bit sweet but I dilute a packet into a 32oz cup.. even in a 40oz I think there’s still flavor. Also want to point out that my brother gets really bad gout, he was getting to the point where the flare up was so bad he could hardly walk. I made him drink these for a couple days, along with rubbing a specific magnesium spray onto his foot & the flare up started going down, which he says never happens.
When I ordered this, I wish that you would've offered a variety pack. I liked the blue ice one that I purchased and would like to try the other flavors as well.

My son has used gatoraide for years and I am hoping to get him off that garbage and onto a better solution.
I am overwhelmingly amazed with Hydrate! I rolled my ankle on the 15th and it was bad. It even swelled half way up my shin and the calf area. I had to take 3 days off of work. It bruised so badly that even the bottom and in between my toes turned black. I am very blessed that nothing was broken or fractured but I still have swelling and yesterday standing all day at work made it painful. I had my 40oz water bottle filled with the Hydrate and by the time I got home I had finished it. I woke up this morning with hardly any pain and I didn't think much about it until I was reading how it can help repair muscle, tendons, ligaments etc. Thank you Dr. Ardis! Here I go again. Made another appointment with Urgent Care Clinic. I had UtI symptoms. This was my fourth in just a few weeks. I decided to have a hydrate complete with lunch prior to my appointment. Ten minutes after having my hydrate the symptoms were GONE. Unbelievable. Obviously I was dehydrated. I kept my appointment. Test and labs were negative. This hydrate is phenomenal. Amazing product, All my kids are loving Hydrate. You can feel the difference within minutes of drinking it, and the taste absolutely yummy. My Grandaughter just over 2 years old was dehydrated with a Uti, she wouldn’t drink or eat anything not even water, she was screaming in agony curling up in pain, we gave her hydrate a teaspoon at a time.
