Subscription Terms & Conditions
By subscribing to our program, you agree to receive recurring shipments of our product at the frequency you have selected at the time of sign-up.
Billing for subscription orders will occur on the same day each month, based on the date of the initial purchase.
We require at least 5 business days' notice prior to the next scheduled shipment date in order to process a cancellation or change to your subscription. This notice can be given by emailing our customer service team at email@example.com or by using the live chat, or contact us from in your account management portal.
If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to receive any already-paid-for shipments but you will no longer be billed or shipped any additional products.
We reserve the right to make changes to the product, subscription options, and pricing at any time, and will provide notice of any such changes to you.
If you have any issues or concerns with your subscription, please contact our customer service team for assistance. We are dedicated to providing excellent customer service and will do our best to resolve any issues you may have.
The Subscription agreement is automatically renewed every month, unless you cancel the subscription with proper notice.
