~ I already left 2 reviews for this [wonderful] product. It has exceeded my expectations. Every morning I take BioDefense along with my other supplements. In Sept. 2019, I was admitted to a local hospital and diagnosed with shingles. Doctors kept me quarantined until I was no longer contagious. After my release, they put me on meds that left definite side effects. I stopped taking them. This amazing product is worth every dollar. Recently, after taking the shingles "vaccine," I had a breakout of psoriasis/eczema below the right side of my hairline and behind the bend of my left knee. After taking 1 dropper full for several days, both patches are gone. I will order 2 more bottles along with the Foreign Protein Cleanse. This amazing product is worth every dollar and lasts a long time.. Take control of your health; don't be without with this amazing supplement. It works for cats, too. ~

The container and packaging are excellent. I'm taking this for Psoriasis. The video made it sound like results start showing immediately, but after nearly two weeks, I've only seen minimal improvement and can't tell if it's the BioDefense or a natural cycle. I will be patient and see how much improvement there is by the end of the bottle. This is very expensive and won't be reordering unless it shows a marked improvement in my condition. On a side note, this is horrid-tasting stuff and seemed to burn/numb my throat a bit. Empty Gel Caps were the perfect solution to that.

Gets better
I was taking a different supplement from another company of Blackseed oil and it has cloves and other things in it and it actually tasted really good. I’ve also tasted black seed oil by itself and I don’t mind it. I read the reviews before I bought Dr. Ardis’ BioDefense. I was expecting it to taste terrible and it did. I’ve only been taking it for less than two weeks. I started taking one dropper full twice a day because I’d already been taking black seed oil previously. But after three days I started having , Herxheimer reactions. I had to quit for a couple of days and started again at just one dropper full once a day. I’m doing great on it! I’m expecting really good things taking this product! And I have to say that the taste is kind of growing on me.

supplement facts comparison to Dr Ardis video
Video describes spearmint and peppermint as 2 of the 3 key ingredients, however spearmint is not listed on the supplement facts.. Also 1 ml dropper amount will not fit in the capsules sent with the product as described. Also would like to know the concentration of black seed oil in the mixture . Solution taste like soap!

I honestly did not know what BioDefense might help me with when I started taking it, but I have been very pleasantly surprised. First, I have a knee/upper leg that has hurt off and on over the years. After taking BioDefense, I realized it wasn’t hurting as bad, and knew I was on to something good. I did the 9 day one dosage, and then 9 day 2 dosage if things weren’t the way that you wanted them, as Dr. Ardis suggested…and my knee just kept getting better. Next, I have had skin tags/papillomas for quite awhile. While doctors have never told me that they were caused by parasites, I had recently discovered that. After the second day of 2 doses, I saw a papilloma on my cheek, and there was a parasite right under my skin—which was a little rattling, but it disappeared soon, and I knew then that it was now gone/killed. Lastly, while no one has ever mentioned this…I do think that this may also possibly be a mosquito deterrent due to the peppermint in it (mosquitoes do not like peppermint). Since I started taking it, I have noticed that mosquitoes are not bothering me like they were. In other words, I do not want to be without this. I love that it is natural, and cannot believe how much it has helped me.

Amazingly Fast Results
I have an undiagnosed skin irration which causes dry rough patches & is extremely itchy. After only 2 doses the areas were smooth and softer. After using this product 3 days as a topical the itching is mild. I will continue using the product everyday. Highly recommend!!
