Liquid absorbs so much better than capsules
First off, if in doubt, listen to Dr Ardis info on his site about d3 and K2 and why you need both together. Very detailed and easy to understand info. I love liquid supplements from trusted sources as they get into the bloodstream much faster and the liver doesn't have to work like it does with capsules. Great product and so easy to take.

Love this product. So easy to take and really good for my body. I'm 76 and my doctor wants me to take vitamin D because years ago I was so low in this vitamin. I don't want to take a prescription for vitamin D so I'm pleased to have this awesome product.

I just received it so it's to early to to determine how well it works. Seems by visual not enough substance for 30 days. We'll see. Love Dr Ardis
