    First I Have to say, I purchased this book for my wife of 45 years and gave it to her on Valentines Day. She loves this book! She highlights areas in the book for our kids who gave us grandchildren and applies this wealth of knowledge to themselves and their kids. My wife teaches me what she is learning so we are changing ourselves also. It's great knowing the Truth now and Thank You Dr. Ardis for being so Brave to let the world know. This is a Must Read Book!

    EVERYONE should read this book! I ordered one for a friend from Amazon, but they won’t post my 5 star review because it doesn’t meet their guidelines! Why? And I even revised it twice! Are they trying to hide this information? This book is a valuable resource, packed full of life changing research and mind blowing facts! After following the author’s protocol for long Covid symptoms, all of my symptoms are gone, including the irregular heartbeat! Dr. Ardis makes the information in his book easy to understand and apply. If you want to improve your health, and be equipped with the knowledge you need to help your family and friends, get this book! I’m so glad I did!!
